Communication and Policy Translation Working Group

The Communication and Policy Translation Working Group is responsible for managing all internal and external communication across the GenEpi Network, ensures a seamless flow of information between all projects and creates visibility for the network as a whole. The working group shares lessons learned and best practices across projects, and publishes an internal newsletter to keep all network partners updated on project developments, research, and training opportunities. In addition to overseeing the network’s website and internal communication activities, the working group will also play a pivotal role in translating the GenEpi Network’s valuable research into actionable public health policy and decision-making processes, thus helping the network achieve its overarching goal of increasing the use of genomic epidemiology across Africa to answer critical public health questions.
